Clean and comfortable cabins with cozy beds and pillows. The kitchenette was well-equipped for cooking. The location was surrounded by beautiful nature, including a nearby waterfall. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Couldn't stay longer.

The Surroundings: Feeling like a true explorer, I embarked on some epic hikes through the marked trails nearby. The views along the way were simply breathtaking, like a real-life postcard. And when I needed a break, I cast my fishing line into the Gaularvassdraget River, hoping to hook a big one. Nature's playground at its finest!
Mattress: Snoozing on a less-than-stellar mattress was the only downside of my stay.

I could do my laundry, iron my clothes, and have a BBQ! Plus, there were bicycles and boats to rent. Free WiFi was available too. Oh, and the area offered lots of activities.
Who needs a properly closing window or a reception that opens early? And who needs WiFi in their cabin?

I recently stayed at Hov Hyttegrend in a beautiful cabin surrounded by nature. The atmosphere was incredibly enjoyable, with a picturesque view of a distant waterfall and pine trees growing on the cabin's roof. The shared facilities were warm and well-maintained. It was truly exceptional.
One drawback was that the reception had short working hours, making it inconvenient for those leaving in the morning who needed to pay for their stay.

I recently stayed at Hov Hyttegrend for a weekend getaway. The location was absolutely beautiful, nestled in a magical forest with the soothing sound of a waterfall nearby. The cabin I stayed in was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was kind and accommodating, even making an effort to speak fluent German. Plus, there was a picturesque waterfall and a fantastic grilling area nearby.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at Hov Hyttegrend! The room was clean, spacious, and inviting. The location was wonderful, nestled in a tranquil wooded area with stunning walks and waterfalls nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast choices better was having a wider variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin. It was spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, with a beautiful waterfall, hiking trails, and a small lake nearby. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being outside of town. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Hard to think of anything.

The cabins had a charming and rustic feel to them, reminiscent of a museum exhibit. the surrounding campsite also added to the authentic camping experience. the location was stunning, with beautiful scenery and plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy.
The heating in the cabin was outdated and difficult to control, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. the lack of amenities provided, such as linens, towels, and even pillows, was disappointing.
